The newly designed control panel easy for maintenance. The functions that can be implemented on the control panel include: wrapping rounds setting in any position of the pallet goods; The up and down speed of the film carriage, film feeding speed, and turntable speed can be adjusted.
The high-accuracy slip-proof turntable is made by a German millimeter level laser cutting machine. The standard pallet size is 1650mm and can be expanded to 1800mm. The inlet direction of pallet jack can be customized to rotate plus or minus 90 degrees according to the on-site working environment.
The film frame adopts the latest YK-CR-YL-S9 pre-stretched film frame with two stretching ratios of 250% and 300%. The internal drive mechanism has been upgraded, along with the pre-stretched film roller coating method and coating material, ensuring enhanced external transparency during film stretching while allowing up to 6/12 stress values to be applied on the tray.
Columns are made of precision steel to ensure the durability of the equipment. All components of the YK1650FMZ pallet jack wrapping machine are designed and manufactured in accordance with the strictest safety and quality standards.
Automatically film cutting and welding system, ensures perfect adhesion between the wrapping film and the pallet cargo. The new aluminum fixture controlled by a cylinder can accurately grip the film and prevent slipping during the cutting process.
Top-press is option as well, with the main function of preventing the falling down of light weight/small-sized goods during the wrapping process.
