Rotary Arm wrapping Machine&Corner Protection MachineThis set of equipment is designed for integrated use of a rotary arm wrapping machine and a corner protector placing machine in an automated production working pahse. It is developed to provide special protection for the edges and corners of goods during the stretch-wrapping process.
The film frame is equipped with a mechanical tension-retraction function on the upper film holder: it can continuously stretch the packaging film regardless of the roll diameter. The automatic film release inspection utilizes pressure sensors, enabling analog/constant tension film release for more uniform film distribution. The wrapping film can more effectively "clasp" the goods. Door-opening film replacement saves film threading time and enhances efficiency.
The heavy-duty bearing employs a pinion gear transmission system, with a robust frame ensuring maximum operational reliability under demanding conditions. A frequency converter controls the rotating arm to operate at peak speed, thereby extending the service life and reliability of the transmission mechanism.
The electrical box can be installed on the outer side of the fence, with remote control via the wiring system.

The system automatically completes film application and film separation, ensuring perfect adhesion between the wrapping film and goods. A novel aluminum clamp controlled by pneumatic cylinders precisely holds the film without slipping during cutting. Integrated with heating wire film cutting and linear clamps, it achieves aesthetically pleasing and efficient sealing. Products can be directly transferred to the automated storage system for unmanned continuous packaging.
The rotation is powered by a motor, which coordinates with photoelectric energy to achieve precise positioning. The entire rotating mechanism is driven by a servo motor for lateral movement, and is synchronized with photoelectric sensors to accurately align with product and material bin positions.
The gripper assembly can pivot 90 degrees in both directions, enabling the suction cup base to precisely lock onto the corner guard and securely hold it in place. The cylinder, paired with linear guides, extends and retracts to retrieve the corner guard.
The system features two parallel single-side silos for maximum corner protection storage, with built-in corner detection and automatic silo repositioning to reduce manual corner adjustment.
