Pallet Jack Wrapping Machine
The high-accuracy slip-proof turntable is made by a German millimeter level laser cutting machine. The standard pallet size is 1650mm and can be expanded to 1800mm. The inlet direction of pallet jack can be customized to rotate plus or minus 90 degrees according to the on-site working environment.
This equipment can be customized with a pressure top mechanism. Its primary function is to prevent cargo from tipping over during winding processes when handling lighter or smaller-sized goods.
The newly designed control panel easy for maintenance. The functions that can be implemented on the control panel include: wrapping rounds setting in any posion of the pallet goods; The up and down speed of the film carriage, film feeding speed, and turntable speed can be adjusted.
Mechanical stopper is available at the bottom of the carriage, designed for different inner diameters of the film roll. New rubber film roller makes sure the film smooth and no wrinkle.
