Rotary Arm Online Paller Wrapping MachineThe rotary arm wrapping machine is a common wrapping machine in packaging lines,primarily suitable for automated wrapping operations of unstable or heavy goods after palletizing.This equipment can be fixed to a wall or a bracket and is equipped with an online conveyor system (chain conveyor/belt)to achieve automatic sensing and conveying of goods.
The film frame utilizes the latest YK-CR-YL-S8 pre-stretched film frame, available in two stretch ratios (250% and 300%). The internal drive mechanism has been upgraded, along with the pre-stretched film roller's rubber coating method and material. This design ensures enhanced transparency during film stretching while allowing up to 6/12 stress values to be applied on the tray.
The heavy-duty bearing employs a pinion gear drive system, with a robust frame ensuring maximum operational reliability under demanding conditions. A frequency converter controls the rotating arm to operate at peak speed, thereby extending the service life of the transmission system.
Equipped with a constant-temperature sealing device featuring ±1°C temperature control precision, combined with heating wire film cutting functionality and linear clamp, it ensures aesthetically pleasing and efficient sealing. The products can be directly transferred to the automated storage system for unmanned continuous packaging.

The diamond-shaped pressure plate applies downward pressure to the top of the cargo, helping to stabilize the packaging during winding. It accommodates a wider range of winding heights and reduces the required top space above the machine.
