Rotary Arm Cover Film Online Wrapping MachineThe fully automatic arm stretch wrapper can be easily integrated into an existing or new line. The pallet wrapper is ideally suited for use in sectors where high production speeds and top film are required. Thanks to the rotating arm, pallets can also be wrapped in a stationary position, which makes the pallet wrapper suitable for unstable and heavy loads.
The film frame utilizes the latest YK-CR-YL-S8 pre-stretched film frame, available in two stretch ratios (250% and 300%). The internal drive mechanism has been upgraded, along with the pre-stretched film roller's rubber coating method and material. This design ensures enhanced transparency during film stretching while allowing up to 6/12 stress values to be applied on the tray.
The heavy-duty bearing employs a pinion gear drive system, with a robust frame ensuring maximum operational reliability under demanding conditions. A frequency converter controls the rotating arm to operate at peak speed, thereby extending the service life of the transmission system.
The system features a constant-temperature sealing device with ±1℃ precision, integrated with heating wire film-cutting functionality and linear clamp. It ensures aesthetically pleasing and efficient sealing, allowing products to be directly transferred to automated storage systems for unmanned continuous packaging.
The top membrane covering device performs the extraction, cutting, and positioning of the top membrane internally, while the film roll is externally positioned for easy replacement.
The membrane can be optionally heated or cut, meeting various operational requirements of customers.
