The film frame is equipped with a mechanical tension-retraction function on the upper film holder: it can continuously stretch the packaging film regardless of the roll diameter. The automatic film release inspection utilizes pressure sensors, enabling analog/constant tension film release for more uniform film distribution. The wrapping film can more effectively "clasp" the goods. Door-opening film replacement saves film threading time and enhances efficiency.
The newly designed mechanical button control panel allows easy configuration of all program functions. The control panel supports the following features: localized reinforcement winding; storage of three operational settings; adjustable speeds for film frame lifting, film ejection, and turntable rotation; top or bottom winding; counter; and keyboard lock.
This precision anti-slip turntable, manufactured with German millimeter-level laser cutting technology, is engineered for high-strength working environments. It features standard 2000mm pallet dimensions, with optional 1800mm and 2200mm sizes available.
The YK2000FZ-PL pallet support roller height can be individually adjusted for better alignment with rotating trays, ensuring more stable load-bearing.
