Mechanical stopper is available at the bottom of the carriage, designed for different inner diameters of the film roll. New rubber film roller makes sure the film smooth and no wrinkle. The automatic film release inspection utilizes pressure sensors, enabling analog/constant tension film release for more uniform film release. The wrapping film can more effectively "hold" the goods.
The newly designed control panel easy for maintenance. The functions that can be implemented on the control panel include: wrapping rounds setting in any position of the pallet goods; The up and down speed of the film carriage, film feeding speed, and turntable speed can be adjusted.
A precision anti-slip turntable, manufactured with German millimeter-level laser cutting technology, is specifically engineered for high-strength working environments. The standard tray measures 1650mm and can be extended to 1800mm or 2000mm.
